I want to do a day trip in yosemite. My biggest fear about mountain climbing is how do I get down? Will someone experience tell me specifically how does one get down after scaling a mountain? Thanks.

It really depends on the rock that you climbed. There are several ways to get down. One being walk down. Some rocks you can just walk around the back side and walk on down. Two is to rappel. Using the rope you climbed up on you are lowed down and that’s that. Three you can down climb. Just climb down the same way you went up. By far the easiest way is to rappel. trust you gear and have fun.

I have a number of good friends, and acquaintances, in the southeast of France (in and around Grenoble), and they all seem to be strongly preferable to downhill skiing. When I was in high school, a friend of mine went to visit a mutual friend of ours in France during the winter, and he went downhill skiing. From what I observed during the time I’ve spent in the region, downhill skiing is very popular, as there are many mountains, and Switzerland is very close by.
However, I’m sure cross country is more popular in flatter areas, like Limousin, than it is in the Rhone Alps.
As to what young people do on Eid Al-Fitr, I don’t know, as I do not know any French Muslims.

How To Prevent Anemia
Anemia is a blood disorder that is defined as:
Having fewer red blood cells than normal, or
having less hemoglobin than normal (hemoglobin is the part of red blood cells that carries oxygen).
When there are not enough red blood cells or there is too little hemoglobin, the blood is not able to carry enough oxygen to all parts of the body.
There are several forms of anemia, such as:
iron deficiency anemia
hemolytic anemia
vitamin B-12 deficiency anemia
folic acid deficiency anemia
anemia caused by inherited abnormalities of RBCs (for example, sickle cell anemia and thalassemia)
anemia caused by chronic (ongoing) disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
The most common form of anemia results from not having enough iron in the blood. Iron is the main component of hemoglobin. Iron deficiency anemia may be caused by a lack of iron in the diet or a loss of blood. Pregnant women may have this form of anemia because the baby uses the mother’s iron to make red blood cells and to grow. Women lose blood during their menstrual periods and from repeated pregnancies. Another cause of blood loss may be internal bleeding in the stomach (as with ulcers) or in the intestine (as with colon cancer).
What are the symptoms?
Mild anemia usually does not produce symptoms.
More severe anemia is associated with:
weakness
fatigue
skin, gums, and nail beds that are pale.
Other symptoms of worsening anemia include:
lightheadedness, especially when you change positions, for example, when you stand up
fast heartbeat
shortness of breath
fainting
chest pain.
Jaundice (yellow skin and eyes) may be a symptom of hemolytic anemia.
How is it diagnosed?
Your health care provider will carefully review your symptoms and examine you. You will have a complete blood count (CBC) to confirm anemia and to see how severe it is. You may need other blood tests to determine the type of anemia.
Ways of increasing iron in your diet:
Prune and apricots, kidney beans, lima, legumes and peas and lentils, fortified breads and flour, egg noodles, red meats (lean only) and fish, oatmeal, rice, spinach, liver, soybeans and other nuts and seeds, and pumpkin and squash.
To retain iron in cooking:
Cook foods in a minimal amount of water.
Cook for the shortest possible time.
